With over 20 years in the industry, the Alure Hair Academy team is comprised of well-educated & experienced salon owners & professionals who understand salon reality.

Alure Hair Academy co-founders, Harman & Manisha Nayyar, also lead Salon Alure, a successful, two-location salon company in northern Virginia. The couple has mentored & coached hundreds of stylists — some of which have moved on to launch their own salons, become published, runway stylists, or have grown within the Salon Alure brand.

Preparing students to pave their own paths in the beauty industry is a passion the couple share & the fuel that propels the academy forward.
